The website does not collect personal data from users. If you choose to contact us via the contact form available on the website, then we collect basic contact information (your first name, last name, phone number and email address) for the sole purpose of answering the question you have sent us.
When you place an order on our website you will need to share some of your personal infromation with us, which will allow us to handle your order (payment information and your personal information for shipping purposes). The order and payment information data is handled by Snipcart and Stripe and is used for purposes of fullfilling your order or any later updates that we might need to send you.
We may use your personal information to process orders and to provide you with customer service, to communicate with you regarding your orders or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. We also use Google Analytics to analyze your use of the website and improve it, but we anonymize the data, so it can not be used to track your behavior.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep the personal data that we obtain on the basis of your consent (contact data) permanently or until you withdraw this consent. You can inform us of your wish to delete your personal data by emailing us at contact@lapetitevoix.store.
Data management
Any personal data that you send directly to use (for example when you contact us via the contact form), we do not share with third parties. For the purpose of handling orders, we use Snipcart with Stripe as payment gateway. This means that your payment information will be shared with and handled by Snipcart and Stripe.
